Booking and Availability

  • Booking is easy! Just fill out our inquiry form within 24–48 hours. Once you’re ready, a signed agreement and deposit will secure your date.

    We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends, conferences, weddings, and large events.

  • To create a customized quote, please share:

    • Event date

    • Location

    • Estimated guest count

    • Type of event (corporate, wedding, private party, etc.)

    • Preferred service selections

    • Service duration

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

  • We proudly serve events throughout South Florida including Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

  • Definitely. We offer multi-day bookings and discounts for extended events. Whether it’s a conference, activation, or wedding weekend, we’ve got you covered.

Custom Branding & Experiences

  • Yes. We offer branded cups, menus, and signage for corporate activations and special events.

  • Yes. Our mobile café can be designed as an interactive brand activation, helping highlight your brand through curated drinks and presentation.

Mobile Coffee Cart Setup

  • Our mobile café typically requires a 6–8 ft setup area and access for loading equipment. We can work indoors or outdoors.

  • We can operate with or without electricity depending on the setup. If power is unavailable, we can bring a generator when needed.

    For power, each espresso setup requires one (1) dedicated standard outlet (110V/15–20A). Need help figuring that out? We’re happy to coordinate with your venue!

  • Setup typically takes 45-60 minutes before service begins and about 30 minutes for breakdown after the event.

  • Yes. We frequently serve outdoor events such as festivals, brand activations, and weddings.

  • Yes! We handle full setup and breakdown so you can focus on enjoying your event. We arrive early to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • We can accommodate events ranging from small gatherings to large activations of 5,000+ guests. We scale our team and equipment to keep the line moving, and everyone caffeinated.

  • Most events are 2–3 hours, but we can customize service duration to meet your needs.

  • Yes. Guests can customize drinks options with a variety of milk, premium syrups, elegant garnishes, and cold foam.

  • Yes. We typically provide almond, oat, coconut and other dairy-free alternatives upon request.

    Need decaf coffee? We include a small amount for individual guests upon requests. Expecting more? No problem, we can add extra decaf, tea, or hot chocolate as a quick and easy upgrade. Just let us know when you book.

  • Absolutely. We love creating signature drinks inspired by your brand, event theme, or celebration.

  • We use a blend of Colombian and Brazilian beans, medium-dark roast from women owned farms. Our beans are freshly roasted locally from our roasting partner in Coral Springs, FL.

    For our syrups, we use Röj crafted premium specialty unrefined cane sugar syrups.

  • Yes! We accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Let us know in advance about any allergies or preferences (like nut-free, vegan, or kosher), and we’ll customize accordingly.

Pricing

  • Pricing varies depending on guest count, service duration, and beverage selections. Our packages start at a base rate for events up to 50 guests, with options to upgrade or add specialty offerings.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Extended service hours

    • Travel beyond our service area

    • Custom branding

    • Specialty beverage add-ons
